#2 The Famous Idaho Guide Service Dutch Oven BBQ:
Includes Teriyaki steak and chicken, corn on the cob, baked beans, various types of green and fruits salads, Dutch oven baked potatoes and Dutch oven desserts along with hot and cold beverages. Cost per person $18.
#3 The IGS Choice Lunch:
Includes choice of shaved turkey or ham on a flaky croissant or fresh baked bread with lettuce and tomato, avocado, red onions, and olives. Comes with Rasta Pasta or garden salad and fresh baked cookies with drink choices of mineral water, juice, soft drinks, coffee or cider. Cost per person $12.
#4 The IGS Dinner Selections:
A. Chili Ribbed chicken Breast, Sesame Ground Chips with Shelley’s homemade Guacamole and Salsa, along with fresh vegetables.
B. Hawaiian Teriyaki basted pork loin with boiled red potatoes and fresh vegetables
C. Champagne Poached Salmon Steak with wild rice and fresh vegetables. All dinners served with green salad. Dutch oven pie, cake or pastry and choice of non-alcoholic beverages. Cost per person $20.
#5 The IGS “ULTIMATE”
Hardwood Charbroiled black Angus Tenderloin (Blackened Pepper w/Blue Cheese or Teriyaki w/Mushrooms), with Broiled Tager Shimp served with Rosemary red potatoes and fresh vegetables. Fruits and green salads along with beverage and coffee service. Dutch oven deserts. Cost per person runs between $25.
